News - Year 2
October 25, 2010: Ian met his sister Laura for the first time last week. Laura and her friend Josephine spent three days at our house, and Ian was spoilt the whole time. He kept asking about her after she left.
August 29, 2010: Ian is walking everywhere, all the time. He's very fast, and it's hard to keep up with him sometimes. Ian's also been talking a lot, saying things like Mama (Mummy), Tata (Daddy), Baba (Grandma), Deda (Grandpa), lampa (lamp), papa (eat), kitka (flower), and more. He has also shown great interest in written words and can already identify several letters and numbers. In's favourite tree is the pine (Borovice).
July 9, 2010: After many days of taking a few steps, Ian is finally walking across the room by himself.
June 23, 2010: Ian returned from the USA with his parents yesterday. He got to see most of his American relatives. He visited Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. He had lots of fans on the plane going over and coming back.
April 18, 2010: Ian visited a playground for the first time today. He loved the slide and the swings.
March 20, 2010: Ian has really been talking. He can mama really well, and his tata (Dada) is getting better everyday.
March 14, 2010: Ian celebrated his birthday today. Aunt Jana made the meal, and his Mum made the birthday cake (and helped him blow out the candle). Attendees: Ian, Mum, Dad, Aunt Renata, Uncle Filip, Aunt Jana, Uncle Jan, Cousin Vojta, Cousin Matej, Grandmother Anna and Grandfather Zdenek.
March 10, 2010: Ian first birthday. Dady bought him his first guitar.
